Student Research Orientation
ATTENTION ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND STUDENT RESEARCHERS!
The Research Service Office of Cavite State University – Carmona warmly invites all student researchers undertaking undergraduate thesis, capstone projects, or design projects, together with their advisory committee (adviser and technical critics), to join the STUDENT RESEARCH ORIENTATION on February 26, 2026 (Thursday) via Cisco WebEx.
ORIENTATION SCHEDULE.
Morning Session (7:30 AM – 11:00 AM)
-BS Business Administration – Marketing Management
-BS Business Administration – Human Resource Management
-BS Information Technology (Proposal)
Afternoon Session (1:30 PM - 5:00 PM)
-BS Computer Science
-BS Computer Engineering
-BS Industrial Technology
-BS Information Technology (Final)
The orientation will present the schedule of research activities, policies, and guidelines for proposals and manuscripts. It will cover research as a requirement, the University and campus research agenda, and the roles of advisory committees. Participants will also be introduced to program-specific priority areas and departmental research guidelines, along with a discussion on the use of gender-fair language in research.
