At the end of this school year, CVA will be saying goodbye to 3 beloved staff members who are retiring. As students, we have been so lucky to have had the opportunity to get to know these teachers on deeper levels, and create lifelong memories. With this, Mr. Inzer, our school librarian, Mr. Kuty (Gru), a math teacher, and lastly Mrs. Casler, our guidance secretary, said their final goodbyes. We have all had the pleasure of going to all of them for advice, or help with any school-related problems we may have had, or even to just have a fun conversation. A few peers and I went around and asked these three to give a final quote, or to leave a simple yet meaningful last message and here is what they said:
Mr. Inzer: “Thanks CVA for being my work family. Now I'm off to my next chapter.”
Ms. Casler: "This is a great moment in time~retiring feels right."
Mr. Kuty: “After years of saying 'yay for you' to acknowledge other people's accomplishments, it is finally time to say 'yay for me!'"
On behalf of CVA, we are all so sad to see you all leave, yet are forever grateful for the help you all have provided for so many students over the many years. We wish you all the very best time in retirement, and to enjoy every day!
