TRANSPORTATION
PARENT DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP
To assist with distancing in both the low and moderate transmission risk status, we encourage parents to drive their students to school and pick them up each day.
Students may not be dropped-off prior to the time noted on the forthcoming school-day schedule.
STUDENT DRIVERS
Nonnewaug students with a driver's license may apply for parking permits as has been done in the past. We will utilize all parking spaces available.
Students will not be able to enter the building prior to the time noted on the forthcoming school-day schedule.
BUSES
Buses will operate up to full capacity with students wearing masks under low transmission risk status.
Buses will operate with one student seated in every other seat with students wearing masks under moderate transmission risk status.
In both circumstances, seats will be assigned and seating charts will be provided to school administration for contact tracing purposes.
