Arkansas Activities Association (AAA)

AAA Rock City League

The mission of the Arkansas Activities Association is to promote the value of participation in interscholastic activities in the AAA member schools and to provide services to the schools in a fair and impartial manner while assisting and supporting their efforts to develop thinking, productive and prepared individuals as they become positive, contributing citizens modeling the democratic principles of our state and nation.

The Central Arkansas Catholic Schools joined the Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) for grades seven and eight.

We have combined teams in basketball, cheerleading, football and volleyball. Students from the Central Arkansas Catholic Schools interested in being a part of the seventh grade or eighth grade sports teams will try out for positions on the teams. Tryouts will occur in early spring.

Teams will be playing by the NFHS (National Federation of High Schools) and AAA rules participating in the Rock City League. Therefore, there will not be minimum playing time regulations.

For more information about the Rock City League, its participants and how the league will function please visit the individual Firecrackers/Mounties page for each sport.
