A. All National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) rules and penalties will apply provided there is not a league rule that supersedes it.
B. There are 5 meets a season, starting the end of August and ending in October.
C. Meets are on Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m. and typically end by 6:00 p.m.
Girls and boys alternate meet start times.
D. The run is 3200-meter course held a various locations.
The course will be clearly marked.
This may be by a wide line marked with a material that is not injurious to the eyes or skin, or by signpost with large directional arrows where the course turns, or by cones, or any combination of these.
E. The course should be at least 3 feet wide at its narrowest place.

CHURCH LEAGUE ATHLETIC POLICY
F. Athletes must provide attendance status to the Head Coach no later than Saturday at 6:00 p.m., prior to a Wednesday Meet.
G. Proper running shoes should be worn.
H. Parents are asked to volunteer at all meets.
I. Volunteers must take the CMG training and be certified.
J. Uniforms will be provided

returned in plastic bag with child's name as soon as season ends.
K. Jewelry is not permitted with the exception of medical or religious medals (taped to the chest under the uniform). "Newly pierced ears can be covered with athletic tape.
L. Bicycle shorts, thigh huggers, leotards and body suits may be worn under the shorts. Not in lieu of shorts.
M. The jersey cannot be knotted or have a know like protrusion.
