Praying for your families to feel the peace, presence and assurance that God is with you.
We have been sowing the hard work of preparing to launch the new version of the Weekend to Remember and now it is time to see the harvest. There have been countless hours of praying, testing, configuring, rebranding, inviting and now our fall season is underway. This full launch of the new event was scheduled for last fall, but like many things it was postponed and now we are excited to see what God will do.
After just two events (Augusta & Chattanooga) with roughly 900 people and 8 salvations. we want you to get a taste of the harvest that you helped make possible.
"Living in a world where the sanctity of marriage is under a full scale assault, this conference gave us a renewed sense of hope that we are among other believers that are fighting the good fight. Incredible reminder that the Holy Spirit is alive and well." Husband, married 17 yrs
"This was exactly what we needed. We’ve been married 5 years with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. We haven’t been able to break away for a weekend to ourselves since before we had kids. The speakers and sessions spoke to me deeply about how I need to step up for my wife and family. This weekend, the Lord showed up and rejuvenated my love for Him and my wife." Wife, married 5 yrs
"We’ve heard many of these things before. But the transparency of the hosts and the structure of the book was really good and will be helpful in the future. Marriage retreats can be a mixed bag because the content can bring up difficult issues and create stress. But I felt the speakers did a good job taking off the pressure to “deal with it all” which was helpful". Pastor couple
"This event saved my marriage. My husband had already moved out and we were trying to finalize everything. I honestly started to not return after the first session. We’ve gained valuable godly information and relationship insight that saved our marriage. I am grateful and blessed!!!" Wife, married 19 years
"It really has set Jeremiah and I up for real success in our new marriage. We got married on August 14th of this year and this was a wedding gift for us. I would say this is the BEST gift we got! I believe that we both have been equipped with tangible tools to be successful in our marriage." Wife, married 3 weeks
So often, especially as millennials, we are bombarded by the best images and social media posts that don’t give a full picture of marriage. The honest stories shared this weekend by video testimonies and speakers helped encourage the normalcy of real talk about marriage. How refreshing we can all come together and admit there is room for growth in any marriage and walk it together! Military couple, married 1 year
Transition update
We have moved in with Angie's sister and brother-in-law in Denton, TX. We are blessed to have such a great place to stay while we continue to search for our next home. Please continue to pray for God to place us exactly where He wants us to begin to sow seeds and put down roots.
Praise for all the friends we made while living in AR. We move knowing we will never replace such sweet friends, we will only add more like we did when we moved from Waco.
Please pray as we continue to search for a house, while taking a class and preparing for three events.
Pray for Brandon as he adjust to us being 5 hours away, instead of 40 minutes.
Praise and prayer! Rachel passed her licensing test and is now looking for a full time job.
Praise for sweet friends letting us use their cabin to get away to rest, regroup and recuperate.
