Mental health is not something we hear as often but it's actually something that everyone deals with in many different ways. Mental health can lead to having a decrease enjoyment about life causing difficulties with relationships with family, friends, or even with the community.
Everyone has mental health that impacts all of us in different ways. It is important to take care of our mental health because it affects how we think, feel, and act .
A stressful situation can build up and become a triggering fear for the person causing your brain to get negative thoughts affecting your mental health.
Sadness/ Lack of energy of doing the hobbies you used to enjoy or even doing your daily basis.
Mental health can come with headaches, fatigue, and stress causing you to have low appetite which if it proceeds it will affect your body image.
People often harm themselves on times of extreme emotional distress because physical pain seems to reduce their emotional pain.
Theres's people who aren't aware of this topic so therefore they don't receive the support and understanding they need, which they might sometimes behave in ways that can be harmful or unpredictable. Risking the safety of people in their surroundings.
Mental health is not often talked enough due to lack of awareness and discomfort in having to talk about personal topics which is why people often prefer to stay silent.
Talking about mental health can allow the people to get the support they need and have a safe space to talk about it without feeling judge. Talking about mental health can spread awareness and help on understanding also it can inform others of how important mental health is, just as your physical health.
