The United States and other countries should charge parents for their kids' crimes.If they are found to be negligent ,abusive or encourage violent behavior that led to a school shooting. However if the parents had nothing to do with the crime they shouldn’t be blamed for a crime they didn’t commit.

School shootings have a long history in America. the accessibility of guns to students has been a problem for years. school shootings have been increasing throughout the years. We should put laws in place to prevent school shootings like metal detectors at every school.
