Pre registration Process

Counselors will meet with each grade level during enrichment in the theater as follows:           

December 9:  Rising Seniors

December 10:  Rising Juniors

December 11:  Rising Sophomores

Counselors will meet with each grade level for Registration Talks as follows:           

January 14 :  Rising Seniors

January 15:  Rising Juniors

January 16:  Rising Sophomores

Students will receive their registration cards and all forms and contracts needed to proceed with the registration process.  

January 17:  Deadline to apply for a course that requires an application (ie: Honors, AP, Upper Level Fine Arts, Peer Mentors, etc.).  See links in pre-registration documents above. 

January 29:  Students will be nofitied via email application decisions (approved or denied).

January 30:  Students turn in all registrations materials, including registration card, AP contract, Honors contract, Dual contract, Dual enrollment/shot form, Dismissal contract, Aiding contract, JROTC contract, etc. to their English teacher.

Attend individual registration meetings through student's English class.  These registration meetings will be held by grade level as follows and is tentative:

Rising 11th Grade: February 3 - February 7

Rising 12th Grade: February 10 - February 14

Rising 10th Grade: February 18 - February 21

Students should submit a counselor referral to their counselor or email the next grade level counselor with questions:
