The Montgomery County Soil Conservation District will award the David E. Hinton scholarship to a senior in the Montgomery County School System who plans to attend Austin Peay State University and major in an agriculture-related area (Ag- Business, Ag-Science, Ag-Communications, Environmental Studies, Pre-Vet and Pre- Foresty). Top AFS School Scholarship

Rossview High School has been selected as a Top AFS School! As an awardee, RHS students can participate in the Top AFS School Scholarship competition. Mickey Fisher Memorial APSU Scholarship

The Mickey Fisher Memorial Scholarship Board awards one scholarship in the amount of $5,000 per school year to a graduating senior who is a child of a Ft. Campbell/Montgomery County soldier and who plans to attend APSU. The scholarship is based on academic achievement and extracurricular and community involvement-not financial need. The Guy Stanford Keep Hope Alive Scholarship

A $750 scholarship will be awarded to four Clarksville Montgomery County Seniors with at least a 2.8 GPA and a minimum 18 ACT. This scholarship was designed for those students who gave it their all but fell short of the HOPE Scholarship requirements. To apply, students must write a 1 page essay on why they deserve the scholarship and what college you are attending. In addition, 3 letters of recommendation are required, one being from a principal at your school. This information and any questions should be emailed to guystanford@infinitycollc.org.

Western Grizzard Memorial Scholarship

A dependent of an active duty, reserve duty, military retired or active society member of the Campbell Post. Active member is defined as being a current member (at the time of the application) who has held current membership for one continuous year or more; to include dependent of employee of a current SAME Campbell Post sustaining member firm; or employee of current sustaining member firm. Be a college student (undergraduate or graduate) or graduating high school senior. Minimum grade point average of 3.0 (B) on a 4.0 scale. Accepted by or attending an accredited college or university studying engineering (ABET), architecture, mathematics, computer science or related fields of study. Applications will be in guidance.

MTSU Prospective Biology Major

The Biology Department at Middle Tennessee State University has three $1,500 scholarships available to first-semester freshman. The recipients of the awards must be graduating high school seniors, must declare Biology as their major and be entering MTSU for the Fall 2018 semester. Successful applicants will also need to demonstrate an interest in the life sciences and have career aspirations in a biological field. The scholarships will be awarded based on the students’ ACT scores, high-school GPA, and their responses on the application form. Visit the guidance department for a copy of the application.

Queen City Lodge No. 761 Larry C. Alford II Scholarship

The Queen City Lodge No. 761, Free and Accepted Masons of Tennessee are awarding a $500 scholarship (renewable) to a qualified high school senior. Clarksville-Montgomery County Education Foundation CTE Scholarship

The CMCEF is providing a scholarship to a Clarksville Montgomery County Senior who has completed 3 credits in a Career Technical Education Program (for RHS students, the following CTE paths are eligible: Construction, Culinary, Digital Arts, Business Management, Finance, Health Science, Human Services, Web Design).
