Lesson 3: Share and Collaborate on Files
One of the reasons Google Sheets (and other Google Docs) are so popular is the ability to share and collaborate. Sending large files by email is very difficult, or impossible depending on the size. Using the share and collaborate option in Google Sheets, allows you to send email notifications to colleges and notify them that the Sheet is available in their Google Drive as well. Not only can you share the Sheets, you can also choose what the other person is able to do with the sheet you share. They have the ability to be able to edit the sheet, or only view the information that is being shared.
