All STUDENTS will attend a Student Information Assembly in Pastoral Care.
All students wishing to enrol for the new school year at the next year level are required to view the Student/Parent information video relevant to their year level. This video will include presentations from the Sub School Leaders, as well as a showcase of all Key Learning Areas.
Subjects must be entered early Term 3
Parents and students should note that all subjects described on this site are offered in the new school year. The subjects that will run is dependent on student enrolments and staff availability.
You will be sent an email outlining the steps below, which also contains your unique link to a form to submit your subjects.
View the relevant year level subject information page (via the dropdown menus at the top of this page) and ensure you watch the videos for your relevant year level below.
Follow the link in the email sent to you to access the Course selection form. Each student will have their own unique link sent in their email.
Enter your subjects. Once entered, seek approval from your parents/carers/guardians before you submit the selections.
This information will be sent to our finance department. Any relevant charges from cost electives will be added to the parent/guardian portal of COMPASS.
Students currently in year 10 and any students in year 11 who wish to change a subject must attend a course counselling interview during week 4. Date and times for each year level will be announced in early Term 3. There will be an option to attend the interview onsite or online. You only need to attend one of these sessions with your parents/carers/guardians.
Course Counselling takes place over a designated week in Term 3
All Year 9 students wishing to take up the offer of early entry into a VCE subject in Year 10, must attend an interview with a course counsellor.
All current Year 10 students wishing to enter Year 11 VCE or VM for the new school year must attend an interview with a course counsellor.
Current Year 11 students who have obtained an unsatisfactory result in any subject should speak with a course counsellor to discuss their options.
