o If a student cannot attend Freshman Orientation, they can take their photo on the same day as the Sophomores/Juniors (Wednesday, September 16th - Day 3) in the DiBart Gym during Gym, Study Hall, or a free period. IF they don't have a free period, they can take their photo during LB1/LB2. IF a student misses the 2nd picture day, their LAST chance to get a picture will be on Wednesday, October 28th - Day 1 in the DiBart Gym.

o ALL students need a photo in order to receive a school ID card
Class of 2030 & New Student Tours
Class of 2030 & New Student Tours
During the month of August, we will host 3 tour nights for incoming Freshmen and students who are new to Cherry Hill East. The dates are Wednesdays, August 5, 12, and 19 from 6:00-7:00 PM. Space is limited for the tour nights and we will only accept around 50 students for each 30-min time slot throughout the night. Click the link above to sign up for ONLY ONE tour time/date and use the STUDENT'S FIRST AND LAST NAME where is says "NAME" (not the parent's name).
Tours are group tours given by current East students and will cover the major areas of the building.
**PLEASE NOTE: These tours are for STUDENTS ONLY (not parents). NEW STUDENTS are also invited to attend.
Also, this is NOT Freshman Orientation. That will be on Wednesday, August 26th. These are just small tours.**

All Freshmen will get a FREE CLASS of 2030 T-SHIRT at ORIENTATION
(generously provided by the Cherry Hill Education Foundation)
**If you can not attend Orientation, you can pick up your shirt
on the first day of school from the Activities Office - A015**
T-Shirt size orders are due by no later than 8/6/26
Enter your STUDENT'S name and t-shirt size to sign up for your FREE Class of 2030 T-Shirt (one per student).
Please make sure to speak with your spouse and student, so only ONE person submits a t-shirt order.
