Change Summer Day Camps Team Pre-Camp Readiness Checklist

Please use this checklist as a guide to help you prepare for the summer

Camp Readiness Checklist:

• Sign your letter of agreement in Forms & Documents in your CampInTouch Account

• Complete Tri-Net/Zenefits onboarding

  • Video Instructions: How to input your information into Tri-Net/Zenefits

  • Upload i-9 documents into Tri-Net/Zenefits 

    • Click here to view acceptable i-9 documents

  • If you have questions or do not see an email to onboard in Tri-Net/Zenefits, please reach out to hr@changesummer.org. Please include your camp name in the subject line of the email. It typically takes us 1-2 weeks from the time you sign your LOA to get you into Tri-Net/Zenefits.

• Complete forms in CampMinder (How to complete required forms in CampMinder) 

  • Health form // Vaccination records

  • If you have issues in CampMinder, we recommend calling their support hotline 303-444-2267. 

• Review Team Handbook 

• Attend pre-camp sessions (more details to come)

  • Info Session with Directors

    • Role Specific Sessions
