Preparing for Camp Prior to Arrival

• Take necessary steps with the International Travel Agency to receive a visa and all necessary documents to arrive in the U.S.

• Complete Onboarding in Tri-Net. Setting this up is an essential step to getting paid.

• Complete Team Application in CampInTouch

• Complete Health History Form in CampInTouch

• Upload Physical & Immunizations in CampInTouch

• Book Travel to Camp (Please do not book travel until you confirm dates, proper airports, and proper timing of arrival and departure.)

  • Please send travel information to your Camp Director once booked.

• Review Packing List (will be provided by Director)

  • Medications must be brought in their original containers and some medications may be subject to double locking. 

  • Please do your best to pack all critical items, but if you arrive in the U.S. and are missing something essential, the camp will help ensure you are able to obtain it once you arrive.
