Seasonal Team Referral Bonus Policy

Overnight Camp Bonus Opportunities:

Change Summer is offering a referral bonus to seasonal team members contracted for Summer 2026 for the following amounts:

• $50 for general referrals

• $150 for teacher referrals 

• $250 for nurse referrals

Day Camp Bonus Opportunities:

Change Summer is offering a referral bonus to seasonal team members contracted for Summer 2026 for the following amounts:

• $50 for referrals of individuals selected for counselor roles

• $150 for referrals of individuals selected for activity counselor roles

• $250 for referrals of individuals selected for leadership roles

Requirements to Receive a Referral Bonus

• If you refer someone to work at camp, the person you refer must add your full name to their team application in order to get the referral bonus.

• Only candidates who are eventually hired and make it through team orientation count toward the total. Day Camp team members must make it through Week 1.

• Team members who resign or are dismissed will become ineligible to receive their referral bonus.

• Returning team members from previous summers do not count as referred team members.

Referral Bonus Payout

The referral bonus will be added to your total lump sum pay from the summer and will show up on your final paycheck. It will be subject to taxes as required by law.
