Accessing W-2 Form

How do I access my W-2 Form?

You can access your W-2 Form through our HR and payroll provider, TriNet (formerly Zenefits). W-2 Forms will be available in TriNet accounts after January 31st. Please note: W-2 Forms cannot be accessed through the mobile app. 

To access your W-2 Form, please follow the steps listed below:

• Login to your TriNet employee dashboard via the desktop site.

• Select the Personal Information app.

• From the left-hand menu, choose Documents

• Scroll down to the Payroll section to locate your W-2.

If you encounter any issues logging in, you can use the Forgot Password feature or contact TriNet support directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot access your credentials to assist with login issues.
