We provide select instruments for our band students due to the high cost of purchase and maintenance - these instruments include a limited inventory fo Tenor Sax, Bari Sax, Bass Clarinet, French Horns/ Mellos, Baritones, Euphoniums, Tubas/ Sousaphones to name some.

At this time there is NO instrument check out fee - so we ask that these students and families secure private lessons and any other items they may need such as mouthpieces, reeds or miscellaneous accessories.

ALL STUDENTS WITH SCHOOL OWNED INSTRUMENTS MUST FILL OUT THE INSTRUMENT CHECKOUT FORM.

All students that have a school or district owned instrument need to fill out this official CFB document to finalize our check-out process. Attached to this message is a check-out form.

Please fill out this form, sign digitally, and return to me at denisa@cfbisd.edu at your earliest convenience. If you have multiple instruments, please fill out a form for each instrument​. Here are a few tips for filling the form:

You only need to fill out the items that have a text box. 

Type of instrument: Flute, clarinet, etc... whichever applies to you

Mfg. Serial #: The number that is written in silver sharpie on your instrument case. 

Additional comments: If you checked out a mouthpiece or other materials, add that here.
