Most of us affect, or are affected by, organisational strategies. Some of us may be responsible for developing or facilitating organisational plans. Some may be expected to produce performance dashboards for an organisation and/ or its programme portfolio. Others may be focused primarily on projects and programmes, and find these are strongly affected by the organisational approach to strategy and performance, and the associated systems and processes. develop organisational strategic plans that integrate with and support a strong programme portfolio
make sense of the ‘collective impact’ for an organisation and how this relates to the programme portfolio
use systems to support the above
