The WWF - Country Office Unit is organizing a training workshop to explore, build capacity and share tools and best practices on planning, monitoring, information management and learning from an integrated management perspective associated with WWF tools and policies. This event is primarily for WWF US office staff and will strengthen their contribution to the Journey Towards Excellence framework.

We are offering this course in both English and Spanish (with simultaneous translation for presentations and plenary discussions, as well as separate breakout groups in Spanish and English). This will be an advanced course in coaching the Conservation Standards, including assessing conservation effectiveness, Pause-and-Reflect and Closing the Cycle, and strategies for addressing common challenges. It is for coaches who have solid knowledge of the Conservation Standards and want to deepen or refresh their coaching skills, especially skills applying and facilitating the later steps of the cycle. The course is sponsored by CCNet Latin America and FoS and will take place in Valdivia, Chile. Participants will need to arrive on Friday March 7 and a transfer will be arranged to the Rally venue on Monday March 10.
Estimated cost: to be confirmed depending on number of participants (estimated between US$400-$500 including 3 nights lodging, food, training venue and training materials).

The Nature Conservancy's Conservation by Design Team is considering running a full day training workshop (specific topics to be determined) on Monday, March 10 from 9AM to 3PM. TNC staff will have priority, but staff from other organizations are welcome to participate. If you are interested in joining, please make the necessary travel arrangements and add your name to this list so we can keep you posted. This is a free event.

CCNet Latin America will be hosting a space for Rally participants who work in Latin America to meet. The time will be confirmed, but it will be on March 10th in the late afternoon (after 3PM). Come and meet your colleagues from Latin America and learn how to make the most of the Rally.
On Monday March 10th in the late afternoon, before dinner, all regional network and CoP leaders (Council of Coaches) are invited to an informal meeting to get to know other CCNet leaders and prep to host a great Rally.
On Friday March 14th during the morning, we will have a 1.5 hour session with regional leaders & CoP leaders.
These meetings are only for people who currently serve as CCNet leaders or who are considering stepping into a leadership role.
Pre-Rally gathering on Monday March 10th in the late afternoon, before dinner, all CMP members, associates and friends of CMP are invited to an informal social gathering and to share how we plan to get the best from the Rally.
Post-Rally gathering on Friday March 14th during the morning, we will have a 1.5 hour session with CMP members, associates and friends of CMP to review progress vs CMP strategy, share reflections from the Rally and how it informs CMP Strategy, CMP Business.
On Friday, after the individual CCNet and CMP sessions are done, CCNet leaders from regional networks & CoPs and CMP board members will meet from 11am until 1pm.
We will review progress vs CMP/CCNet MOU, our shared agenda, reflections from Rally, how the Rally informs our shared agenda, any formal business required.
