The exhibitor/sponsor manual is a supplement to the contract, which presents essential information for the smooth running of the event.

The sponsor must:

Read the complete manual.
Submit projects and documentation as per the guidelines and follow the informed deadlines.
Collect and pay fees.
Hire outsourced services if necessary (receptionist, photographer, audiovisual, catering, cleaning, security, etc.). Note: pay attention to mandatory official services.
Send the consideration, in accordance with the contract, within the stipulated deadline.
