PARKING

• Parking availability will be determined by the PERMITTOR, based on the events taking place during the same period.

• Parking at DISTRITO ANHEMBI is not free and is managed and operated by the PERMITTOR.

• Exhibitor credentials do not grant free parking access.

• Parking logistics are the sole responsibility of the DISTRITO ANHEMBI Operations Department.

• Payment for the stay must be made directly at the parking lot cashier.

• Please pay attention to the parking rules and hours on site.

LOADING & UNLOADING

• The loading and unloading lane is exclusively for goods and equipment. The PERMITTER is responsible for managing the Loading and Unloading Lane during the assembly and disassembly period.

• The PERMITTER and the DISTRITO ANHEMBI parking management company are not responsible for any materials left inside parked cars or trucks during the assembly, holding, or disassembly of events.

• It is essential to keep access to the pavilion loading and unloading lane clean, including the parking area, during the assembly, event, and disassembly periods.

• A list of the names of the people involved in the assembly and disassembly work, on company letterhead, must be submitted to the Event Coordination Department 48 (forty-eight) hours before the start of said work.

Note: Security will screen these professionals and check their IDs. Authorized individuals will receive identification to access the event area, which will be returned upon exit.
