The names of the assembly team must be submitted via a list to the organizers 72 hours before the assembly begins.
To access the event area, all assemblers must present:
Identification document (ID, driver's license, etc.).
After presenting the aforementioned documents, the assembler will be granted access to the assembly area.
Assemblers who do not present the above documents will be prevented from accessing the event assembly area.
To begin the assembly process, the following documentation will be required:
BOOTH DESIGN;
RRT/FINAL ART (Along with payment slip, proof of payment, and copy of CAU/CREA card);
INSURANCE POLICY (With the coverage described in this Manual);
LIABILITY STATEMENT (available for download in the exhibitor's system);
TECHNICAL REPORT ON TEMPORARY AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS (available for download in the exhibitor's system);
PROOF OF PAYMENT OF KVA AND CLEANING FEES;
PROOF OF PAYMENT OF TFE - SÃO PAULO MUNICIPAL TAX
SANITARY PERMIT AND LOCATION PERMIT (For booths and sponsored activities that will include F&B);
Without presentation of the above documentation, the assembly process will not be permitted to begin.
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, in accordance with Decree No. 2018/96 and Federal Law No. 92914/96, which prohibit the use of cigarettes in public, private, or collective spaces, with the penalty of a fine;
Existing service restrooms will be open for the personal hygiene of assembly plant employees, and their use for cleaning equipment, materials, washing brushes, etc., is strictly prohibited;
The consumption of food will not be permitted in the assembly area or any other dependency.
No type of assembly material should be supported, fixed or glued to the walls, pillars and ceiling of the Convention Center;
The assembler must install a protective covering over the floor, covering the entire area to be occupied. Under no circumstances should booths be assembled directly on the floor;
Any damage caused to the structure of the space, if proven, will be the responsibility of the exhibitor and its suppliers;
Painting services will not be permitted at the event location;
The covering must be secured with masking tape and 3M 25mm double-sided tape. No other materials or tape are permitted;
Smoke machines of any kind are prohibited;
It is not permitted to support, tie, hang, or place any type of material on the walls, partitions, hall doors, ceilings, foyers, and circulation areas, as well as on the ceiling of the halls, without prior authorization from the Event Center's event coordinator. Attaching any material to the sprinklers is strictly prohibited;
Any type of assembly or obstruction of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and hydrants is not permitted. Furthermore, wiring is not permitted in front of doors, which must remain free for circulation. If authorized, properly marked cable grommets must be used.
The operation of combustion engines inside the pavilion is prohibited. The use of explosives, non-inert, toxic, and combustible gases is also prohibited.
The use of LPG or any other flammable gas is strictly prohibited.
It is prohibited to block emergency exits, access to fire hydrants and fire extinguishers with assembly materials, booths, or any other objects during the assembly, implementation, or disassembly of the event.
PPE (personal protective equipment) is required depending on the service being performed.
ALL ASSEMBLERS MUST WEAR HELMETS DURING THE ENTIRE ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY PERIOD.
Service providers will not be permitted to walk around the common areas wearing inappropriate clothing such as shorts, tank tops, miniskirts, or flip-flops.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to suspend the construction of any stand or any part thereof that may not comply with structural safety standards and this manual.
If the assembler hired by the exhibitor fails to redesign and redesign the stand in a timely manner, the stand may not be used during the event, without prejudice to the contractual costs with the organizers.
Special assembly projects must meet the requirements of the Regional Council of Engineering and Architecture (CREA) and be executed and supervised by companies and professionals accredited and registered with the aforementioned Regulatory and Oversight Agency. Both have the same technical and professional standing within the event.
