Only meeting rooms with glass enclosures for external visibility are permitted.
HYDRAULICS
The placement of a hydraulic point on the stand will not be permitted.
OCCUPATION OF COMMON AREAS OF THE PAVILION

It is not permitted to support, tie, hang, or place any type of material on walls, partitions, hall doors, ceilings, foyers, and circulation areas, as well as on the ceiling of halls, without prior authorization from the Event Center's event coordinator. Attaching any material to sprinklers is strictly prohibited.
Assembly or obstruction of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and hydrants is not permitted.
Wiring is not permitted in front of doors, passageways, and circulation areas; these must remain free for movement. If authorized, properly marked cable glands must be used.
The use of electrical machines, such as drills, saws, clamps, compresses, etc., that cause noise, rattles, or vibrations is not permitted. Sanding or painting of any type of material is also prohibited within the convention center. All items must arrive at the location with the final painting and artwork completed.
Projects with aerial access points will only be permitted for the booths located in Halls 1 and 2.
