The event's Organizing Committee is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to people or products on display before, during or after the event, including theft, deficiencies or interruptions in the supply of electricity, water or accidents of any kind.
The stands, goods, products and personnel working for exhibitors are not covered by insurance, the responsibility for which lies solely with the exhibitors.
We recommend that you clarify with your agencies and/or suppliers to include insurance services for your space, materials, equipment and staff present at the event.
INSURANCE
INSURANCE
It is up to each exhibitor to provide their own insurance against any risk.
This measure is mandatory and must be followed by all exhibitors.
The Organizing Committee and Official Assembler are not responsible, under any circumstances, for losses, lost profits, damages, and/or misplacements of any nature that may occur to exhibited products, booths, lounges, or personnel on duty, including those resulting from rain, wind, lightning, water leaks, power outages, crowd panic, short circuits, fire, structural failures of the building, poor maintenance, and force majeure.
Taking out insurance is mandatory.
The policy must include one of the following coverages for your set up space:
Situation 1 - Structure built by the sponsor's own assembly plant
*Depending on the size of the structure.
**Recommended Insurance
Situation 2 Event-provided setup
Display Table; Counter; Lounge; Basic Stand
CIVIL LIABILITY – R$ 300.000.00
Situation 3: In-Person Sponsored Activities
(Arena, Satellite Symposium, Hands-On, and any other sponsored activity)
CIVIL LIABILITY – R$ 300.000,00
VALIDITY: From the first day of assembly to the last day of disassembly.
Insurance can be taken out with your preferred insurance company or we recommend the company below:

The Organizing Committee of the event will not release the area designated for the assembly of the stand of Exhibitors who are in default of any contractual installment for the rental of the space.

All forms and information requested must be completed and registered by the deadlines specified on each form. Forms can be downloaded through the exhibitor system and have specific deadlines for registration.
ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITOR SYSTEM
ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITOR SYSTEM
The exhibitor will be sent the Login and Password for the system used to register exhibition information, documentation and registration of employees, service providers and stand design.
It is the exhibitor's responsibility to inform their agency and assembler of the login and password.
