The events area is supplied with an electrical voltage of 380 Volts – three-phase – neutral phase 220 Volts. Please consult the event coordinator for further information;
All primary and secondary power and light circuits must be protected by circuit breakers, housed in a box with a lid and secured with insulating material;
In the case of special assembly, the distribution of electrical energy in the stands will be the sole responsibility of the exhibiting company, which must strictly observe ABNT standards, providing the network input or inputs with suitable circuit breakers and fuses;
Any power outages, breakdowns and/or other problems related to inadequate electrical installation in the stands or resulting therefrom will be the responsibility of the exhibitor, who must bear the resulting consequences, in any sphere;
Electrical work must be supervised by the venue's staff at pre-determined times, coordinated with the Event Operations Team. Safety inspections will be conducted after the electrical installations are completed and before the event begins.
The distribution of the electrical power network within the stand is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor and must comply with ABNT standards, providing the network(s) input with adequate circuit breakers and fuses.
An electrical outlet will be installed in the leased area, with cables sized for the required electrical load;
Any proven excess consumption in relation to the total basic electricity requested by the Exhibitor will be charged according to the established amounts and must be paid within 15 (fifteen) days from the end of the event, under penalty of payment of a non-compensatory daily fine corresponding to 0.5% (one-half of one percent) of the excess amount until the date of actual payment.

If you need power at your booth during the night, you must notify the organizers 15 days before the event.
Otherwise, the generator will be turned off after the end of the day's activities.
The organizers are responsible for the general cleaning of the complex. However, exhibitors and their assemblers are responsible for removing additional materials and any waste generated during the assembly and disassembly of the event using dumpsters.
We recommend frequent cleaning of the booth, especially in high-touch areas (surfaces) and other high-traffic areas.
During the event, the organizers are only responsible for cleaning the aisles between booths; cleaning inside the booths is the exhibitors' responsibility.
We recommend hiring a professional for daily maintenance of the booth's interior spaces.
The event organizer will provide full-time surveillance and security services for the common areas of the event pavilion;
We recommend hiring security for the booth;
After the end of activities, all participants, exhibitors, and other service providers will be evacuated and the event center will be properly closed, with security of the space being handled by property security;
The event center and the organizer are not responsible for the security of valuables in general, as well as works of art, equipment, etc., left in the booths or other rooms;
Employees of service providers must use the service area and be identified with badges when circulating on the event floor.
Exhibitors may offer food and beverages to attendees as long as they follow health recommendations and must have up-to-date documentation, especially their health permit.
We also emphasize that disposal of leftover food and beverages in the general waste bins in the fair's common areas is not permitted.
Disposal must be done in the designated locations and containers. Please remember that there are rules for disposal in sustainable waste bins.
Restrooms are not permitted for consumption or disposal of food items from outside the exclusive businesses.
Serving alcoholic beverages is PROHIBITED throughout the event. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the booth being closed.
The use of amplified sound for broadcasting messages, promotions, or live music is not permitted inside the booths and common areas;
Failure to comply with the established rules will subject the EXHIBITOR to the following penalties, in order:
1. Warning notice issued by Event Coordination;
2. Second warning with a 15-minute power outage;
3. Booth power outage, with power reconnection only after 1 hour;
4. Booth power outage, with power reconnection only the following day;
5. Whenever musical programs are performed at the booth, the EXHIBITOR must pay royalties to ECAD.
