📢 CBSE EXPRESSION SERIES – SCHOOL LEVEL ANNOUNCEMENT (Classes III–XII)

All students from Grade III to XII are informed that our school will be conducting the 2nd CBSE Expression Series (2025–26) on the theme:

🎯 “From Farm to Future: Strengthening Rural India”

🗓 Activity Dates (in School): 30th November 2025 to 5th December 2025
During this period, all English and Hindi Language Teachers along with the Class Coordinators will guide and conduct the activity in their classes.

📌 CLASS CATEGORIES & MODE OF EXPRESSION

1️⃣ Preparatory Stage – Classes III to V
Mode: Paragraph (Approx. 150 words)
Students may write in English or Hindi on any one of the following topics:

• Hindi Topics:

2️⃣ Middle Stage – Classes VI to VIII
Mode: Essay (Approx. 400 words) / Poem (English or Hindi)

Suggested Themes:

• The Journey of Food from Farm to Plate
  
  

• Rural India: Shaping Urban Life
  
  

3️⃣ Secondary Stage – Phase 1 – Classes IX & X
Mode: Essay (Approx. 700 words) / Poem (English or Hindi)

Suggested Themes:

• Sustainable Agriculture: Balancing Growth and Nature
  
  

• The Role of Youth in Rural Transformation
  
  

• खेतों से थाली तक भोजन का सफ़र

4️⃣ Secondary Stage – Phase 2 – Classes XI & XII
Mode: Essay (Approx. 1000 words) / Poem (English or Hindi)

Suggested Themes:

• Agro-based Industries: Future of India’s Growth
  
  

• Empowering Villages: Foundation of Viksit Bharat
  
  

• कृषि आधारित उद्योग : भारत के विकास का भविष्य
  
  

• गाँवों का सशक्तिकरण : विकसित भारत की नींव
  
  

📝 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS

• All entries must be written neatly on the format as per CBSE Annexure I (will be provided by the class/subject teacher).
  
  

• Students can write in either English or Hindi.
  
  

• Work must be original and self-written.
  
  

• English & Hindi Language Teachers with the above-mentioned Coordinators will:
  
  

  • Explain the theme and topics clearly in class.
    
    

  • Conduct the writing activity during school hours between 30th November and 5th December 2025.
    
    

🏅 SCHOOL LEVEL SELECTION

• After evaluation, the school will shortlist ONE BEST ENTRY from each category:
  
  

  • Classes III–V (Preparatory)
    
    

  • Classes VI–VIII (Middle)
    
    

  • Classes IX–X (Secondary Phase 1)
    
    

  • Classes XI–XII (Secondary Phase 2)
    
    

• A total of 04 entries (one per category) will be sent to CBSE.
  
  

• Each shortlisted entry will be certified by the Head of Institution / Teacher In-charge regarding originality.
  
  

📲 SUBMISSION TO CBSE (By School)

• School will upload shortlisted entries on the CBSE Expression Series App (Android) before 8 Dec  2025 as per CBSE guidelines.
  
  

• After successful submission, each participant will be able to download an online Certificate of Participation from the app.
  
  

• Best entries at Regional and National level will receive online Merit Certificates from CBSE.
  
  

All Coordinators (Mrs. Renuka, Mr. Sanjeeb Saha, and Mrs. Poonam) and all English & Hindi Language Teachers are requested to:

• Plan the activity within the given dates.
  
  

• Motivate maximum student participation.
  
  

• Ensure proper record, evaluation and timely submission of shortlisted entries.
