The National Road Safety Pledge

I pledge my allegiance to my nation and its progress.

I recognize that a safe citizen is the foundation of a strong India.

Today, I adopt the mantra of "Sadak Suraksha, Jeevan Raksha" (Road Safety, Life Protection).

I promise to make our roads "Happy Roads"—where journeys bring joy, not fear.

I will respect the law, protect the vulnerable, and ensure my family travels safely.

I will not let negligence harm my country’s future.

I pledge to be the guardian of safety on the road.

राष्ट्रीय सड़क सुरक्षा शपथ (Hindi Version)

मैं अपने राष्ट्र और उसकी प्रगति के प्रति निष्ठा की शपथ लेता/लेती हूँ।

मैं मानता/मानती हूँ कि एक सुरक्षित नागरिक ही एक सशक्त भारत की नींव है।

आज मैं "सड़क सुरक्षा, जीवन रक्षा" के मंत्र को अपने जीवन में अपनाता/अपनाती हूँ।

मैं वादा करता/करती हूँ कि मैं अपनी सड़कों को "हैप्पी रोड्स" (Happy Roads) बनाऊँगा/बनाऊँगी—जहाँ यात्रा का अर्थ खुशी हो, डर नहीं।

मैं नियमों का पालन करूँगा/करूँगी और अपने परिवार की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करूँगा/करूँगी।

मैं अपनी लापरवाही से देश के भविष्य को नुकसान नहीं पहुँचने दूँगा/दूँगी।

मैं सड़क पर सुरक्षा का रक्षक बनने का संकल्प लेता/लेती हूँ।

National Road Safety Olympiad (paid, optional): January 25, 2026

Results Announced: January 28, 2026

Award Ceremony: February 05 2026

Participating in the Road Safety Olympiad is a  matter of choice/Not mandatory
