*Grade Coordinators, Language Teachers (Hindi/English), Art & Craft Teachers, and Computer Science Teachers:*
"Veer Gatha: Inspiring patriotism through stories of gallantry award winners. A Ministry of Defence & Education initiative promoting civic consciousness among students."

Responsibilities:

Language Teachers: Receive Poem/Paragraph entries

Art & Craft Teachers: Receive Painting/Drawing entries

Computer Science Teachers: Receive Multi-Media Presentation entries

Grade Coordinators: Ensure smooth submission process

Student Submission Guidelines:

Use a4 sheet -Include: Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Class, School Name

Submission deadline: Oct 7, 2024 (for students working at home due to UT-1 exams)

Final submission deadline: Oct 10, 2024 (via IT teachers)

• Collect entries from students Grade-wise

• Submit entries before Oct 10, 2024 through Mr.Giriraj

AVPS Competition Hub/Swachhata Hi Sewa Campaign/20 Sep.,2024/A-1
*For the TWB/Subject teachers of Social Sciences/Coordinators Grade Wise*

 Teacher Responsibilities:

TWB/Subject Teachers (Social Sciences) and Grade-wise Coordinators: Prepare segments of the event.

Plan activities as per the linked planning document.

Manage and organize events smoothly.

Event Requirements:

Art and Craft Teachers: Create 2 banners and 1 selfie point under the theme "Swabhav Swachhata – Sanskaar Swachhata".

Grade Coordinators: Provide selected pictures (max 5) and total student participation numbers for each event.

Theme:

"Swabhav Swachhata – Sanskaar Swachhata" (स्वभाव स्वच्छता - संस्कार स्वच्छता)

Objective:

Promote cleanliness, sanitation, and good habits among students.
