MarComms is comprised of six teams* with different areas of expertise and challenges. Each group developed their action plan for each fiscal year, answering all eight strategic objectives. This page allows you to have visibility on all the action plans.
*Teams: Audience Research, Creative & Brand, Marketing (with Local Communications), People Operations & Performance, Public Relations, Partnerships Events, Scheduling & Content Planning and the Extended Leadership team.
Please note that 2023-24 was the first year MarComms has built an IDEA strategy with concrete action plans. As a result, the department only achieved some of the projects by the end of the fiscal year, which is normal. However, this work is ongoing and is expected that these action plans will evolve over time.
