Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

The SAF is a fund available to employees, retirees, and dependents, designed to provide support for certain expenses. Examples of expenses that may be covered are mobility devices, fertility treatments, travel expenses for medical treatments, etc. Visit this page for more information.

Then, you will have to make a request to your manager, who will contact Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to receive guidance on the next steps.

Be Heard is a third‑party declaration platform that provides a secure, anonymous, and confidential way to raise concerns over discrimination and/or declare inappropriate, discriminatory behaviours that you may have experienced and/or witnessed in the workplace. It can also be used to make suggestions on how to improve our workplace culture. More information about the Be Heard platform can be found in this FAQ.
