Peyton Schmidt is a 23 year-old from Carlton, Minnesota. He currently works at Cold One Liquor store in Cloquet. He also plans to help his father run a book store in Carlton starting in January. He has lived in Carlton his whole life. Some of the things he liked doing when he was younger is playing outside and going to the movies with friends. His favorite movie is Ice Age. He grew up with nine siblings. He is married to Georgia Schmidt. Peyton does not have any kids, but he counts his dogs as his kids. His dogs' names are Bella and Romeo. 

Peyton graduated from Carlton High School in 2019. Peyton's favorite year in high school was 11th grade, because of baseball. It was a good season, and they made it to the section final. Peyton played baseball throughout school. He also played football for a year and ended up not liking it. Peyton tried basketball too, but he didn't like that either. Peyton’s favorite subject in school was social studies because his father taught it growing up and still teaches it. Peyton said that also his father kind of helped him decide that he liked it because it was a lot of what he taught him.  

Peyton has never lived in a different country or state. He took over his fathers house after he moved somewhere else. Peyton likes that Carlton is a small community and there's lots of small businesses. Peyton’s favorite small business in Carlton is Streetcar Kitchen and Pub. Peyton is going to college to become an advocacy lawyer which is his dream job. He wants to become a lawyer to get justice for certain groups of people.
