Amy DeCaigny is a resident of the Carlton community. Amy has accomplished many things in the community, such as graduating high school and college, as well as running multiple businesses. She also has four daughters and is married.

Amy went to Carlton High School. She graduated from Carlton in 1992. She really liked going to the plays and sports games and being in the band. She was also in basketball, volleyball, and track for a little while. She was in many extracurricular activities. Amy says that Carlton High School has changed since she came here. It has gotten smaller than before because the building used to have three stories. The school also used to have a marching band.

Amy has a golf course and an excavating company. She got her golf course recently and hasn’t had a lot of free time since buying it because of the accounting she does. She graduated from St. Scholastica with an Accounting degree.

She has also had experience with the wildlife in the community. One experience she had was when she was little and a bear was in her house. Another was last year when a beaver came into her house and she went into the hall and stepped on its tail.

Amy has four kids, all of them are daughters. One of them works in accounting, one does machinery, the other one is in college, and the last daughter is still in middle school. She is happily married to her husband of 25 years. They met in their time at Carlton High School and are now high-school-sweethearts.
