Discipline for Bus Transportation

The bus is an extension of the classroom and appropriate conduct is expected. The bus driver assumes the same role on the bus that the teacher plays in the classroom. The bus driver may, at his/her discretion, assign seating and contact parents concerning the improper conduct of student passengers. Discipline problems on the bus will be reported to the administrative team, through a bus misconduct form, for proper consequences.

Caledonia Community Schools along with the Duncan Lake Administrative team will use a progressive discipline approach to all student discipline.
