Welcome to Duncan Lake Middle School!

The middle school experience is one of both academic and personal growth on many levels and our staff and fellow students are excited to take this journey together as we prepare for high school and beyond. At our school, we strive to provide all students with a quality educational program while emphasizing community spirit and encouraging personal excellence. We are pleased to have you as a member of our student body and look forward to working with you to make our school the best that it can be.

This student handbook was developed to answer many of the commonly asked questions that you may have during the school year and to provide specific information about certain Board policies and procedures. This handbook contains important information that you should know. Also, note that our website contains further explanations on many of the areas included in this handbook. Should you not see the answer you are looking for, please refer to the Caledonia Schools webpage at www.calschools.org.

Duncan Lake Middle School is a great place to be and we welcome parents and all of the Caledonia community to become a supportive part of these young men and women's lives as they transition from elementary to high school. Have a great day and Go Fighting Scots!
