Awarded to WI high school seniors who have the highest grade point average in each public and private high school in WI to be used at a WI public or private institution.
Awarded to WI high school seniors who have the highest demonstrated level of proficiency in technical education subjects (nominated by their high school) to be used at a WI Technical College.

Minnesota-Wisconsin Tuition Reciprocity
The MN-WI Tuition Reciprocity Program provides the opportunity for WI residents to pay for course work at in-state tuition rates at eligible MN public institutions on a space available basis.
Wisconsin residents may be eligible for reduced tuition at a limited number of Midwest public and private schools and programs of study in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, and Minnesota.
Available for Western Wisconsin residents OR students who will be attending school in Minnesota or Western Wisconsin from ethnically diverse backgrounds who are interested in pursuing a career in healthcare
Information for Undocumented and DACA Students
Undocumented students must pay out-of-state tuition rates at Wisconsin public colleges and universities as described on the uLead Network website.
Because of this policy, DACA qualified students in Wisconsin would be eligible for the Golden Doors Scholarship
Any supports in place for undocumented students are left to individual colleges and universities:

Available for WI residents who are college freshman attending a private WI college/university, a WI Technical College, a Tribal College. Must be nominated by the financial aid office.
