Information for Undocumented and DACA Students
- NM provides in-state tuition to undocumented students if:
- Attended New Mexico middle or high school for at least one year
- Graduated from a high school or received their GED in the state of New Mexico
- State-funded financial aid is granted to all residents of New Mexico on the same terms and regardless of immigration status, provided they meet the criteria listed above.

- Students who are residents of participating states are eligible to request a reduced tuition rate of 150% of resident tuition at participating two- and four-year college programs outside of their home state. (MUST complete application and be accepted into the program)
