Welcome to Y11 Electronics! / Nau mai ki te Y11 hikohiko!
In this hands-on STEM course, students delve into the world of electronics, learning to build circuits, program with Arduino C, and use sensors and actuators. They begin by assembling a pre-designed robot and then progress to designing their own electronic projects. Throughout the course, they acquire essential skills like soldering, 3D modeling, simulations, breadboarding, and using tools such as 3D printers and laser cutters. By the end, students develop not only technical skills but also important abilities like time management, organisation, and communication. They'll be ready to tackle real-world challenges and competitions with confidence. Click on the picture for more information.
