Brookes Lettings is part of the Accommodation Bureau at Oxford Brookes University.
Our goal is not making money, it is providing students with accommodation to help them succeed in their studies. We do this by offering them affordable, safe, high quality housing with trustworthy management that takes their needs into account.
For landlords, we aim to minimise their exposure to risk and work collaboratively towards providing happy, safe environments for students to thrive.
'Brookes Lettings' was given the name in 2015 to differentiate it from the rest of the University's accommodation function, but its history goes back to 1972.
We have temporarily left our previous office at the Lloyd Building, but if you want to meet with us for any reason please let us know and we can arrange some meeting space on campus or pay you a visit.
