When you come to get your keys, please remember to bring your student ID card or equivalent photographic proof of identity with you.
The form below will allow you to select a date/ time to collect your keys.
If you want someone to pick keys up on your behalf, please email lettings@brookes.ac.uk from your Brookes email account stating who it is that will be collecting for you.
Before you move in, you need to tell us if you have any issue that may affect your safety at the property in case we need to make any adjustments to account for it. This would most likely be a health issue. Examples would include a hearing problem that means you may not hear a fire alarm, or a mobility issue that means you may not be able to evacuate the building easily. Please also advise if you have an ongoing illness affecting immunity, especially if undergoing treatment for cancer, TB or HIV, as this may affect our approach to water safety management.
Some rooms may have an exit onto a kitchen. As kitchens are considered to have an inherently higher risk of fire, these rooms will usually have a window to be used as a secondary means of escape. If this is the case, the window should be labelled to say so. Of you do not feel confident that you could use such a window because of a mobility restriction- or if there is a change during your tenancy, such as a temporsry injury- please make sure you let us know.
Our staff work incredibly hard throughout the summer to get the properties ready by the moving in date, but occasionally our landlords, staff or cleaners might miss things during all the rushing around. If there is something that needs to be addressed urgently, please email lettings@brookes.ac.uk or call us to let us know. We will seek to address issues as soon as possible, but priority will be given to safety concerns or anything that otherwise prevents you from using the property properly.
