In order to track all incoming shipments, packages will be received by Bonneville Labs and delivered to you.
Package recipients will receive a notification upon arrival and after deliveries are completed. Photos of packages will be included in all notification.
For pallet and large deliveries, please notify BVL Staff at least 3 days in advance. If exact date is unknown, please update us when you have an estimated delivery. If a delivery was attempted outside of our receiving hours and we were not informed, the shipment may be refused and you’ll have to reschedule. Additional charges may be applied to your delivery.
The Loading Dock is only accessible during business hours, when Bonneville Labs staff are present.
Make sure to breakdown all cardboard and take trash to the designated area.
If you have outgoing shipments, please coordinate with BVL Staff to make sure they are placed in the correct location.
If you have outgoing mail, please let us know to ensure that it is dispatched as soon as possible.
