Bonneville Labs has several meeting rooms available for booking to members. To ensure availability, please make sure to book your room in advance using the Meeting Room Booking process below.
If a room has a booking but is unoccupied and wish to claim it, please do so using the Claim an Unused Room process below.
“Claim an Unused Room” Guidelines:
15+ minutes into the booking time: If a room is not being used 15 minutes after the start of the booking, you can notify the BVL Team via email that you are claiming the unused space. If we have not been contacted by the original booker to hold the room we will adjust the booking to reflect the change. Please know that if you do not claim the unused room by informing the BVL Team, the original booker can claim the room.
Meeting Room Locations
Log into: members.bonnevillelabs.com/
Click “Book a Meeting Room” in left-hand navigation
Browse through the room calendars to make sure the room is available.
Click on the time you wish to book, under the room you wish to book.
Fill out the title for your meeting.
Select the start date and time.
Select the end time
Click More Options to fill in the additional, (optional,) details for your meeting below.
Under More Options you can:
Add Recurrences
Invite specific guests
Add a meeting description
Click the blue “Book” button to book your meeting.
You and your guests will receive an email with the meeting invitation.
Please Note: While bookings are shown as being tracked with a "credit" system, no booking limitations are in place at this time.
Review your booking details to make sure everything is correct.
If you need to Edit your booking, you can do so with the button at the top right.
If you need to Edit or Cancel your booking and/or any recurrences later, just click on your meeting in the Book a Meeting Room calendar-screen.
Once the booking is completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email in your inbox.
15 minutes prior to your booked meeting time, you will receive a second email asking you to "check-in" and confirm your meeting time. Please note that there is a grace period that allows you to check in up to 15 minutes past your booking time.
Once your booking is confirmed, no further action is required.
If you fail to check in within the grace period of 15 minutes past the booking time, on the 16th minute you will receive a cancellation email in your inbox.
The conference room will then be open to be booked again.
