A Certificate of Insurance is a standard form issued by an insurance company evidencing the insurance information (including policy limits and types of insurance) of its policyholders. Insurance is necessary to cover any claims or losses for which the vendor may be responsible.
The following minimum Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance standards shall apply to all vendors working at Bonneville Labs. If Bonneville Labs determines that the work represents an unusual or exceptional risk, then it may require additional insurance.
$2,000,000 General Liability Limit
$4,000,000 General Aggregate Limit;
$2,000,000 Business Automobile liability insurance, including non-owned and hired automobile coverage, with a combined single limit
$5,000,000 Umbrella/Excess Liability
$1,000,000 Workers Compensation: Employers;
