A Certificate of Insurance is a standard form issued by an insurance company evidencing the insurance information (including policy limits and types of insurance) of its policyholders. Insurance is necessary to cover any claims or losses for which the vendor may be responsible.
The following minimum Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance standards shall apply to all vendors working at Bonneville Labs. If Bonneville Labs determines that the work represents an unusual or exceptional risk, then it may require additional insurance.
$1,000,000 Commercial General Liability
$1,000,000 Each Occurrence Limit;
$2,000,000 General Aggregate Limit;
$1,000,000 Business automobile liability insurance, including non-owned and hired automobile coverage, with a combined single limit
$500,000 Workers Compensation
$1,000,000 Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance
$1,000,000 Professional Liability/Errors or Omissions Coverage for Professionals providing professional services such as, but not limited to, architectural, engineering, or design services.
$1,000,000 Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance
The CGL policy shall include ISO Additional Insured Endorsement CG 20 37 10 01 or its equivalent, for Bonneville Labs, LLC, 626 BV Labs, LLC, LP Invesco Advisors, Inc, CBRE Inc, as a property manager, and their affiliates and subsidiaries are included as Additional Insureds as respects General Liability, but only to the extent required by written contract or written agreement, Waiver of Subrogation applies for General Liability, Coverage is primary and noncontributory. The CGL policy shall not have a ‘third-party-action-over’ exclusion.
