Common Space - Etiquette 

Keep the sink and counters free of mugs and personal items.

Items should be placed in the dishwasher or wasted and placed in the drying rack.

If you used shared items, (i.e., knives,) wash them so that they are ready for the next person to use.

No bikes can be stored inside the facilities.

Room reservations (through the Meeting Room Booking system) are given priority.

Leave conference rooms the way you found them.  TIDY!

Erase any writing on the whiteboards after use.

Fridge Space: Items more than a week old will be thrown out every Friday at 3PM, according to the labeled date. Each company has a designated shelf within the fridge to better organize the space.

Fridge "Condiment Zone": Condiments and long-term items will be cleaned out weekly according to the labeled date. Non-condiment and long-term items will be removed. 

Kitchen Freezer: Items will be checked on every week in compliance with the Weekly Friday Cleanout so please remember to label your items! Food items that aren’t freezer specific (i.e. leftovers, drinks, etc.) that are left in the freezer will be thrown out. Freezer specific items such as ice creams and pre-prepared meals will also be thrown out at the end of the week unless the Community Associate on site has been made aware of keeping an item in the freezer for event purposes. (Please make sure to break down boxes and label the individual items to conserve the very limited space!)

Toilet etiquette: don’t forget to flush, put the toilet seat down and clean up after yourself. Please report any issues to Ops team and/or front desk (clogs, no TP, soap dispenser not working) Berkeley only - turn off lights in single-use restrooms 

Berkeley & Hayward - Shower Reminders: remove hair from drain, take toiletries, towels, and all other personal items with you, BYO towel
