The Aquatic Park and surrounding area have some fantastic entertainment options for all ages. And for the adults, there are nearby brewery and distillery tours where you can taste some of the local creations firsthand!
Aquatic Park:
Considered by some to be Bonneville Berkeley's best amenity, the Aquatic Park is a great place to walk around the lake, take the dog, rent a boat, or feed the ducks. The city also lease facilities at the park to a number of local non-profits, including those listed below.
Frisbee Golf Course:
The park offers a full, 18-hole frisbee golf course. As described by the Professional Disc Golf Association, "A long, skinny 9 holes out and 9 in. Water hazards (lake, ponds, streams) make it a 'Pebble Beach' course." The course starts right by the park entrance behind Bonneville Labs.

Waterside Workshops:
This locally based non-profit rents bikes and boats through Street Level Cycles and the Berkeley Boathouse, located just outside of the parking lot gate, to the left. Proceeds go towards engaging youth and the community through hands-on learning in bicycle mechanics, wooden boatbuilding, and outdoor education.
BORP - Adaptive Sports and Recreation:
The Bay Area Outreach & Recreation Program (BORP) maintains an Adaptive Cycling Center at the North end of the park, with over 100 adaptive bikes. BORP offers a donation based bicycle rental program, with free use of adaptive bikes for people with physical disabilities. Rental proceeds go toward their work to improve the health, independence and social integration of people with physical disabilities through sports, fitness and recreation programs.
Berkeley Paddling and Rowing Club:
BPRC is open for members and guests! The facility houses a fleet of sculls, kayaks, canoes, and SUPs for member and guest use. BPRC also offers limited storage of personal craft in the boat bay as well as in its exterior fenced storage enclosure.
Berkeley Water Ski Club:
The Berkeley Water Ski Club (BWSC) is a water sports organization promoting community events for waterskiing, wakeboarding, trick skiing and ski jumping. Their goal is to promote water skiing and related water sports, to develop good tournament skiers, to promote safety first at all times and to create a friendly environment for current and prospective members to enjoy their facilities and sponsored events.
Adventure Playground
A kid-approved favorite! Adventure Playground, at the Berkeley Marina, is a nationally-celebrated, wonderfully unique outdoor play space for children and families. Participants will enjoy playing on the many kid designed and built forts, riding the zip line, or creating with hammers, saws, paint and recycled materials. (Pre-booking is recommended, and supervision is required!)
