Our Annual General Meeting will be held at the ACSA Board Room (2 Eaton rd, keswick) at 2pm on Saturday the 25th of February. We will be providing some cold bear and nibbles. But feel free to BYO drinks.
Formalities are as follows:
Re-election of roles (Secretary and Treasurer),
Changes to Membership fees.
Any other business raised by correspondence (prior to 1st of Feb).
Social drinks, following formalities. Membership renewals can be done after the AGM meeting is complete.
