On the Menu this week!

March 24-28:

Math: This week we had the lovely ILEARN Checkpoint 3 Test. We decided to knock it out early on in the week Monday. On Tuesday, we did a BIG review for our test Wednesday on Unit 7 - Dividing Whole Numbers. These skills are tools they will need for the rest of their lives as well as their educational career. They will absolutely need these skills before we can move forward to dividing decimals as well. It can be very tricky but I have been as encouraging as possible that with practice, they can get it!! I believe in each and every one of them! 

Social Studies: We will be starting a new unit in SS next week all about the 3 different branches of government and their role as well as checks and balances! We also are continuing civics Jeopardy every week and the kids love it because they are learning about what is happening in the world as well as earning points for their teams!
