On the Menu this week!

Jan 6-10:

Happy New Year and welcome back!

Math: This week we jumped back into Unit 5 with several days of reviewing what we had learned before breaking and making sure it is fresh in their minds as we wrap up this unit. 

Social Studies: We focused on some things that are happening in our world today through a Jeopardy game!

We also did a New Year activity where the students had to think of a word that they want to encompass their hopes for 2025! We also collaborated with 2nd grade who did this as well to make bracelets/keychains with their word on it as a great reminder through the year. 

Prodigy was a main talking point this week as well as the students discovered there are some massive prizes up for grabs for classes through Indiana who answer the most questions correctly!
