TRADE SHOWS
TRADE SHOWS
Trade shows and conferences were a regular part of OnSolution’s calendar. These events were often filled with hundreds of booths and displays, which meant the challenge wasn’t just to look good, but to stand out, communicate quickly, and guide people toward interacting with our products.
For certain conferences, I designed a series of Glow 2 Show–branded posters intended to be placed around bathrooms, specifically near exits, where people would see them as they were leaving after washing their hands (hopefully), as well as in other high-traffic areas throughout the venue. These posters acted as a promotional extension of our booth, gently guiding attendees toward the hand-washing display on the trade show floor.

I centred the designs around the question “How good are you at washing your hands?”, framing the booth as a place where people could test and prove their technique rather than simply receive information. While all three posters used the same typeface and colours, each was intentionally designed in a different style. This meant that if someone encountered more than one poster around the venue, each still felt fresh and worth engaging with.
Pull-up banners were used to anchor the booth visually and communicate key information quickly. I designed multiple versions featuring either Glow 2 Show or EHO Knows, depending on the focus and audience of the event.
The Glow 2 Show banners leaned into bold colour and contrast to be readable from across a room, while the podcast banners were more informational, helping introduce the idea that OnSolution also operated within education and media. These banners were designed to be flexible and reused across different venues and layouts.
The tablecloths were designed primarily for Glow 2 Show demonstrations and needed to work both at a distance and up close. I created branded designs that incorporated subtle hand, foot a some other less common prints across the canvas.
I also included some Custom QR codes that we could redirect to any site we wanted too for limited time specials or other conference based deals.
The backdrops were large printed canvases placed behind our tables to create a clear visual boundary and draw attention in busy exhibition halls.
Because these backdrops were often one of the first things people saw from a distance, they played an important role in setting the tone for the booth and signalling that our space was interactive rather than purely informational.
